What I like most about the property is its proximity to Tennoji station, which has a direct train from Shin-Osaka and to Kansai Airport. Literally it’s just less than a hundred steps away from the station. We also would not get lost because there’s a huge signage from Tennoji station’s exit going here. There’s an Uncle Rikuro shop in Tennoji Station by the way. There are restaurants and 2 Family Marts nearby. There’s also a Don Quijote and Ichiran Ramen within walking distance from the hotel. The staff were all very nice and allowed to keep our luggage after the check out time. There’s a microwave oven in the lobby, and I believe there are other facilities like onsen and breakfast which we were not able to try as we didn’t have much time, mainly stayed here just to sleep. Our room was unexpectedly and pleasantly large by the way, with 2 beds that they placed side by side. There are also lots of electrical outlets/usb ports for charging our mobile devices. There’s a hairdryer/electric kettle/fridge in the room. Toiletries are also complete and they provide new ones on the basket outside the door. The only complaint I could think of was the toilet door on the room where we stayed (Room 406) cannot be locked and there’s a tiny open space at the bottom of the door, which was not much of a problem within our family sharing the room. Also, soundproofing could be improved as we could here noises from other visitors passing by outside.

The biggest strength of this hotel is location, it is next to big station (just 5 mins walking) and a big shopping centre, which is very convenient for transportation. The WC and shower area are separated with the capsule area, which makes the room more silence if you want to take a shower late or dry your hair at night. The common space is open 24/7, where you could stay to eat and drink (there are machine for buying snacks/ noodles/ drinks) or working with your laptop as late as possible. I highly recommend this hotel

Location was very good with shops and food and train station so close. Head to the North Exit, after getting off the train at Tennoji. Hotel had an arrangement with Yayoi, a Japanese set meal restaurant next door, where guests can get bf set at 470yen. Mac is just across the street. The fridge had 2 bottles of water for us. The bathroom even had moisturizer and shaving foam. The staff speaks English and was very kind to help us tag our luggage when we store our luggage with them after check out.

The public bath they had available for us was very big, nice and clean. The hot water really helps you relax after a long walk around the city. Capsule beds very comfortable, free towels and yukatas, wide lockers and resting area. Also, The checking room allowed me to receive a phone call from the airport after they had lost one of my suitcases and were very kind to me even when my Japanese isn't that good yet. They really helped me out.
